In Kim's past life, she was the broker/owner of RE/MAX Lakes Area Realtors in Delavan, Wisconsin for over 16 years. Kims extensive background is in all aspects residential and investment property.
At present, she specializes in working with Bank Owned Foreclosures (REOs), pre-foreclosure sales (short sales), investors, first time home buyers, and all other types of residential sales. She is a Real Estate investor herself and manages several rental properties of her own.
Her years of experience helped her develop excellent organizational, communication, marketing and negotiating skills. After renovating over 20 homes in her past, she can be considered an expert in advising clients on the improvements to make and the staging of property for a quick sell, expert advice on pricing, and uses all of the latest technology for marketing your home.
